At 7:24 pm, radar was indicating a strong #ThunderStorm over Gridley, or 10 miles southwest of Palermo, moving north at 15 mph. Gusty outflow winds in excess of 30 mph along with hail up to a half inch diameter. Locations that may be affected; #Oroville, #Palermo. #Gridley and #Biggs.
9:49 An Urban and Small Stream #FloodAdvisory has been issued through 1 AM for portions of Butte, Sutter and Yuba counties of interior #NorCal including areas near Gridley, Palermo and #LiveOak. Watch for #HeavyRains generating ponding water on roadways, low spots and culvert areas. #Motorists need to slow down and use extra caution in these and nearby areas.
